Crystal Sanders, Founder of Fish Revolution & Sustainable Fisheries Scientist, continues to be an active member of the FWCBD Sustainability Committee.
Since 2008 Fish Revolution has partnered with industry members in every area of the seafood supply chain to shift millions of dollars of annual revenue away from harmful fishing and aquaculture practices. In 2011 they partnered with Fog Harbor Fish House to establish the first 100% sustainable seafood restaurant on PIER 39. Fish Revolution also joined Pier Market, Wipeout Bar & Grill, and Scoma's on their journey to become 100% sustainable.
